Standard curve is plotted as Amt of P- nitrophenol produced against absorbance rate . I have done graph in Excel and uploaded 2 pictures down below. Second one is just a clearer picture of the graph.

If you want to recreate this in Excel first enter data in columns and then select the two columns and insert a scatter plot from the Insert tab..

Now when you click on the chart and go to design tab as shown in first picture you can change the chart layout and have these criss cross dense lines for graph.

To add the line connecting the dots right click on any of the points and click "Add trendline" and give linear if needed to specify.
