Key development challenge associated with population and migration are poverty, unemployment, hunger or food security ndernourishment, low per capita income, lower wages , lack of social Security benifit etc.

the efforts of local communities to support, encourage and promote development activities through public and private investment in physical development or basic need fulfillment like food, health, education ,sanitation etc,redevelopment and/or business and industry.

Imf, world Bank , AiiB, undp program led development in poor and underdeveloped country as well as domestic financial institutions like banks, ngongo/civil society volunteers organization etc based finance can be help ful to comes out from these problems and challenge by providing job , skill , basic need and these can be done through financing through csr (corporate social responsibility)activities by private sector or corporates.
