Expert Solution

Why would a QA Engineer order -1 Beer or a lizard at a bar?

It closely relates quality Assurance to User Experience: when things don’t work as they should on the manual, users often question their understanding and develop superstitions and inefficient workarounds. A QA engineer buys a beer to test the quality from the consumer perspective, to see whether it meets the consumers' expected test with reasonable price.

It involves balancing the needs/wants of the client; the specifications required by the deliverable, and the expectations/experience of end-users.

Quality is about meeting the customers’ requirements and the deliverable being fit for use. When a product meets or exceeds customers’ requirements and needs, one can say that the product is of high quality. Conversely, if it is not meeting its stated requirements, they say the product to be of inferior quality.Customer satisfaction is about making sure that the people who are paying for the end product are happy with what they get. When the team gathers requirements for the specification, they try to write all the things that the customers want in the product so you know how to make them happy. Some consumers' requirements can be left unstated. Those are the ones that are implied by the customer’s explicit needs.
