Much of their success in doing this will be tied to the motivational package that they offer, including financial opportunities, benefits and perquisites, meaningful work, and an environment that promotes productivity and worker creativity. Consumer product firms, in particular, are a good example of MNCs that are trying very hard to increase their worldwide market share. So for them, employee motivation is an area that is getting a lot of attention. Go to the web and look at the career opportunities that are currently being offered by Nestlé, Unilever, and Procter & Gamble (websites: nestle.com, unilever.com, us.pg.com). All three of these companies provide information about the career opportunities they offer. Based on this information, answer these questions:

(2) Which of the three has the best motivational package? Why?
(3) Are there any major differences between P&G and European-based rivals? What conclusion can you draw from this?
There are Three Organization, One Nestle, Second one - Unilever and the third one - Proctor and Gamble,
First, let me talk about Nestle, what they provide to motive new employees,

In my choice, I will choose P & G as best of the best employer for New Employee, as it is very giant organization and the name ranked as top one market player in the consumer market as compared to Unilever and Nestle,
All above when talk about rewards, benefits, Team Work, Learning and Inspiration, all these three Organization are biggest stepping stones for the future world of Employee and Consumer
3. Are there any major differences between P&G and European-based rivals? What conclusion can you draw from this?
They all three top competitor and Employee friendly organization, However the product list for P & G’S are Head & Shoulder, Pert Plus, Vicks, Pentene, Camay, rejoice, Safeguards, pampers, Ariel, Gillette and Always which are fully patent and Trade mark of P & G , P & G ensure following five strategic goal which help them to keep differentiated from others European based top rivals like nestle and Unilever, these five strategic goals are Delight, Improve, Enable, Engage and Shape for all purpose and product, P & G handled with Global business units(So called GBUs), Market Development Organizations , Global Business Services, Lean corporate Functions for Functional Improvements and Capability growing both for the people who are already invested in the business, a big asset for organization and Organization Itself,
Finally to conclude regardless of other two European rivals, P & G provides safeguarding the health and safety of its employees, Quarterly Meeting, motivation of stakeholders, providing consumers and employees with premium quality products
