:A) Explain why, when we combine the photon concept with the simple two-slit diffraction experiment (or observe two-slit diffraction with electrons) we must abandon the concept of a definite path for a small particle (often called a “quantum particle” to signify that the rules of quantum physics apply.
B) Explain how the modern (quantum mechanical) view of a two slit diffraction pattern combines the wave properties of light and the particle properties.
