If we talking about underdeveloped countries, power crisis is more because of these countries power generation is based on coal based thermal power plant and also generation is less as compared to demand become of economic reasons. Underdeveloped countries have to focus on different fileds like infrastructure, transportation, and most important to improve the standard of living for all people of the country.other reason for power crisis is that generation is nearly constant due to economic reasons or generation rate is increases very less and new plans and different types of load increasing rate is high so there is always a power crisis. But if we talking about developed countries then development is nearly constant so power demand is also constant or or there country has large no of generation unit based of thermal, Nuclear, hydro-electric, gas based, solar, wind, tidel so generation is more diverse so there is a less chance of power crisis
