Solutions

Expert Solution

1st part:

The corporate strategy that the organization currently will implement is the growth. Planning for the growth influences the development in the organization among the several competitors in the market who are concentrating on the same business category.

Support with facts and concepts:

The growth strategy is an important part of the organization when the similar competitors are in the market. For an example; H-E-B is ruling the market for the prolonged period of time and it has captured the industry of grocery by satisfying the customers at all the segments in the United States. But, to settle up the new business or new organization in this particular field of the industry it requires boosting the growth strategy so that the several techniques like proper planning, decision-making process and marketing etc can be taken under considerations. During the competitions, the growth factor is highly influential in the market segments as because if growth minimizes then it can be predicted that the company is dipping the amount of profit that it should obtain from the market. Along with the competitive advantage, the growth is the necessary factor that the new settle organization should keep at its top priority otherwise the new business settlement and getting new customers will be difficult in front of the settled grocery organization like H-E-B. If the new organization under the same category wants to maintain the revenue generation and sustain into the market it is required to check the marketing strategies, implementations are required to be done by customers feedbacks, and others like support, services, pricing strategies that too are also the important aspects of influencing the growth in the organization among the competitors.

2nd part:

Yes, the strategy will help the organization to bring the growth in various aspects of the organization’s mission. The growth is the main part of the organization as when a competitor is standing with the same business category, the new settlement of the organization is only necessary to focus on its growth in the market, then only it can sustain longer and also it will get the opportunity to boost the revenue generation in the market.

3rd part:

Yes, the strategy like growth is the constant and requires continuous growth in the future organizational development. Any organization is always necessary for a growth as because there can be competitors in the market who will also operate the same business process like H-E-B in the grocery category. Therefore, it is obvious and necessary that the growth strategy is always necessary to high-rise the revenue generation process in the organization and it boosts the process of development to lead the business in the market by fulfilling several criteria’s in the organization.
