Factors that affect communication process include :-

* Language :- This is the most important factor which tranfers information to others. This helps in sprain the news to 1 or more people. Language is a tool of communication.

* Written communication:- Written communication means spreading the news by writing. This includes messages,posts,etc.

* Expressive communication:- This is the communication used before having language. They used to express their messages and information through facial expressions. Now-a-days also who have disorders like expressive language disorders,expressive aphasia,etc uses this type of communication.

Open ended questions:+

* We can understand how our opponent or respondent thinks.

* We can more and qualitative data.

* The respondent can say infinite possible answers,etc.

Concept of patient advocacy:- This means the patient can talk to their doctor or advocate and get the information about their health and medicines should to taken,etc. Doctor says about their health and so that patient can take decisions and care about his health. All patients cn be seen equally by doctor and helps them by staying with them.
