Individuals may agree to whatever terms of a contract they see fit. In the case of a disagreement, a court could simply read and enforce whatever the contract says. Why then do we have contract law?
Contract law is essential to determine the way in which the
contract is being in forced. In any specific condition where two
individuals does not agree on a specific condition, statements in
the contract can be modified for creating extensive benefit for one
party as well as creating a huge negative impact on other party.
Contract laws provide adequate level of support for proper
determination as well as implementation of justice in the requested
environment by increasing its adaptability through the eye of the
law of. Different binding statements can be enforced in the code
for fair alignment with policies and Standards of the specific
region which creates fair justice to the law. Enforcing the law by
itself would not be appropriate as any party which is more powerful
than other party in the specific contract can create a negative
impact on the decision or enforcement made on the contract that is
made area in the specific scenario.
