1. Ritz-Carlton work environment is a very congenial place for any employee to be part of. The highly specialized training that the Company offers to its hospitality staff such as undertaking the work in a calm manner instead of rushing with it, only provides the Company’s commitment towards quality and customer service. Such is the form of training imparted to the staff that they don’t really need directions regularly from their supervisors, while they undertake their regular profile activities. The concept of self-leadership is also well instigated in the Company’s culture. For this, daily meetings are conducted quite literally so that the employees are well-aware of the standards set by the Company and accordingly discharge the duties within the lines of the credo-card. In fact, even when it comes to working under peer pressure, the pressure is positive thereby creating a healthy work ambience for the employees. It is owing to all these reasons, that Ritz-Carlton work environment sounds like the type of place that I would like to work with because it shall increase my morale and raise my job satisfaction levels considerably.
