Every human being has some strenghts and weaknesses. Strengths and weakness are the traits to be used in your favour always, by highlighting more on one's strenghts and working on weaknesses. My weakness is facing failures in life and the fear of facing people after failures. This weakness has taken a toll over my life for not being able to open my heart out even to the closest of my friends, which has inturned back fired me in many ways. As, none of my friends know about my failures, the situation of coming out of it and working on my failures has never happened which has affected my growth in life to a greater extent. This habbit has not only demotivated me but has also lowered my confidence. The trait of confidence in one self helps a person to try and achieve great heights in life but if one is underconfident than becoming successful becomes a very difficult task. Confidence can only be learned with time, one has to step out of his or her comfort zone, makes mistakes, fail or succeed but keep moving forward in life. Speaking out is important in order to help oneself come out of it without caring the judgement of people for fearing, it will only ruin and demotivate oneself. People talk about you even if you grow successful in life and likewise they are going to talk about you when you fail. The goal is to keep trying as it is your life and your decisions about how to lead your life. Hence, like I said above working on one's weakness should be our aim rather than supressing it. You never know if it might work for you in some way in life.
