A)Develop an evaluation scheme: to to meet the quality standards in a job evaluation which must meet the following criteria to provide the equal value claim for all employee.

  • Gender neutral:we should recognise the skill of men and women equality, no discrimination of gender should be there.
  • Reliable:the data and document should be evaluated to see the work performance of an employee so that employee can be awarded according to their performance.

B)Maintained and monitor of job evaluation scheme: it should meet a good equality practice requirement like:-

  • when there is a significant changes in the job then job information must be revised and it should be informed to every employee.
  • There should be a quality check up on a regular basis.

C)Define certain parameters to interpret the results: design the parameters and measure the performance of every employee according to the parameter to evaluate and interpret the result accurately.

I'm currently looking at this figure, but I'm not sure how to interpret it. If I'm not mistaken, the energy loss of the muon (This is a muon that penetrates copper) is on the y-axis. But does that just mean, that if my muon has energy of around 0.5 GeV, then it has a stopping power around 2 MeV cm2/g (Minimum ionization), which means it loses that amount of energy pr. cm2/g? To me that just seems a bit "linear"....
