Firstly 'My health record' means its an online website or an online meeting, were people consult doctors through internet. Though this process is very modern but it does have problems concerned to doctors like :-

* As the data is transferred online , if the patient don't give proper information then the doctor will face problem in identifying the disorder or any disease.

* The doctor has to face much difficulty in knowing what actually happened to the patient because as the observation has to be done online which might lead to wrong diagnosis and also may affect the patient.

* As this is an online process there will be a great difficulty at the time of urgent cases ,at times when doctors are busy and if the patient is serious. That might bring a bad reviews to the doctor's reputation.

Problems faced by General practitioners :-

*They also face most of the problems as doctors do. The GP may be fooled - If there is no physical evidence of problem of a patient and as the doctor gives a prescription for the shown problem by the patient and if the patient is going to commit a crime then he could use this prescription as a tool for the crime and the incharge GPS get trapped.

* If the case is very serious , then the GP has to go and meet the patient for their diagnosis without knowing that the issue is really that serious or the patient is simply freaking out.

* Its very hard for the GPS to diagnose and treat the patient unless they provide the GPS with proper hospital report.

Problems faced by the nurses :-

* As in my health record the patient must submit the hospital records and the doctors transcription record online ,if there is any mismatch of the records from one patient or many the nurse needs to find out the records that might lead to a very hectic task for them.

Solutions :-

* If the case is very urgent then there should an appointment of operation on very urgent basis.

*The patient needs to give perfect and accurate detailes on the problem for the diagnosis to happen.

* The patient need to go for a weekly checkup after an operation in order to decrease the risk of recalling the operated problem. And the appointment can be taken through online(My health Record).
