With the advent of globalization, organizations are fighting hard to survive the competition. To meet the competition and the external environment the organization needs to change or adapt various new policies such as Re-engineering, Restructuring, TQM etc. Doing and applying all these there come certain instances where organization integration with labour management strategies can not be considered such as dissatisfaction of employees regarding the handling of their grievances, issues and querries and for many organization, it has become a destructive factor, second is change management since the organization is always evolving the employees and labour need to evolve in same way and this also leads to job loss in few scenarios hence it becomes difficult to integrate with labour management policies . If it is a labour-intensive industry then a lot depend upon them for the sustainable development Lack of awareness was identified as the main reason for a negative impact from labour which quite often lead to a decline in productivity, performance and organizational effectiveness. Cultural integration and clashes is another reason for mismatched integration between organization and labour management strategies, and this cultural integration and clashes will continue to grow both at the societal and corporate level. The exposure of company towards the wide-open competition and globalisation has caused a significant impact on the labour sector.
