EXPLANATION:

The things which I have learned from this course are;

To be a good leader, you need to employ certain leadership skills for your organization to reach its goals. These are managerial skills that successfully encourage team members or players to do their job effectively. Those are skills which establish a harmonious relationship between people, whether learned by themselves or through management courses. In the present situation, management is not limited only to the conventional roles of the manager, but also includes several roles and responsibilities of the manager. A leader should be able to manage a variety of leadership duties such as setting goals, caring, instructing, guiding, dispute management and negotiating. Let us briefly see how a true leader's knowledge is important:

Leader praises and inspires the team, The team wants to feel confident in the company's achievements. The team should be motivated to concentrate on future goals, but it is important for the current problems as well. When everybody is deep in their job, morality is weak, the energy levels drop, and everyone needs to be stopped from time to time. Recognize the work everyone has done and thank the team for their efforts. The leaders' job is to preserve their minds and that begins with an appreciation for the hard work. Grand leaders clearly and always thank those who support the progress of the party. Good followers display respect for those who are taking the risks and pushing the team to a good result.

Leaders as Negotiators, Communication skills are important not only for business but also for personal life. Leaders have special interest in negotiation skills. A strong leader is very capable of generating trust by manipulating two parties' conflicting interests and expectations. They may also bring more challenges to the negotiating table and generate more interest. They can also learn how to define discrepancies.

Another of the great leader 's qualities is above both else: both of them are extremely optimistic. You may have an ambitious vision, rock-solid strategy, exceptional communication skills , creative insight and a professional team, but you won't ever get the results that someone doesn't trust you. Leaders who inspire trust gain increased performance, integrity, retention, creativity, loyalty and profits, and trust causes cynicism, dissatisfaction, low efficiency, lost sales and turnover. Confidence impacts the influence of a leader and the bottom line of the business more than anything else.One of the greatest mistakes of a leader is to assume that others necessarily trust him because of his title. Confidence must be won and time takes. As a leader, you only trust to the degree that people trust your ability, loyalty , honesty and commitment.
