One of the brands I am loyal to is L’Oreal Paris which is a global brand in beauty and cosmetic products. The company provides the cosmetic products of very good quality and their service offered through the beauty salons are also exceptional. I have been using their product for makeup and skin protection since five years.

The company markets the product and services through traditional media like television and news paper advertising as well as internet. They also conduct beauty campaigns to promote their product. They use their membership program to attract more customers for the beauty parlor services by offering discounts exclusively for the members.

I am following L’Oreal on Face-book because it helps me to get information on the new product launches and also whether any offers are going on. I get the other customer feedbacks also through social networking.

I am loyal to this brand because of the quality of the product. I have used other brands for makeup and skin protection but they did not provide the intended result. The results were satisfactory with both L’Oreal cosmetics and beauty parlor services. The price is also economical while comparing to other premium brands which is major factor in determining loyalty.
