1. Academic- When I was doing my MBA that time we have been given case studies to solve that is when I have used my ability to solve problems.

2- Job experience- After completing my engineering I have worked for 6 months in a car manufacturing company. There I have used my skill (after training) to assemble and dissemble engines.

3- Academic- When I am appreaing for the MBA exams it includes questions which only can be solved by having strong analytical aptitude, so I there used this skill of mine.

4- When I was appointed as a junior manager in the marketing department, at that time I have take a decision of choosing one area out of three areas where I have to send salesman. After analyzing the situation deeply and considering it's pros and cons I had taken the decision and it was a good one.

5- I have used this and also learned this in my graduation as well as in my post graduation.

6- I am now working as an area marketing manager therefore most of the time I have communicate the people in the organization as well as outside the organization in a formal way. Sometime back I have written a formal letter to the general manager about some changes in our packaging and he asked me to share more detail on phone.

7- I working as an area marketing manager and always ensure that the employees under my span of control will use there hundred percent and waste minimum time and I also encourage them to came up with innovative ideas.

8- Under the same job position I have been selected to be a part of a team which consist general manager, senior manager and two more area marketing managers. I have tried to work as a team person there by prioritizing the interest of the team above my own interest.

9- I always make innovative suggestions to my senior manager and also disscussed with my juniors irrespective of whether they worked out or not.

10- Whatever ideas I will share to my seniors about the changes/modifications in the product are totally based on the customer needs and wants. Because I believe that products should entirely be made as per customer expectations.

11- I have encoutered a situation in which I have to deal with taking a decision but that decision was compromising the interest of one of my team member but the decision was in the interest of the organization so I have taken taht decision.

12- When i have stared doing a job after my engineering I have learned many new skills there. Within a six months short period of time I have learned very complex skills.

13- I am always loyal to the company and I strongly believe and practice the fact that the judgement should be honest and as per the ethics. Rules should be rules for each and everyone. I have cancelled one of team member's leave application because of the shortage of labor at that time and the same situation arises when I have applied for the leave so I myself revoked my leave application.

14- I believe that me and my team members are dependent to each other. I totally rely on them and disscussed each and every important thing with them and I also used flexible approach of doing work.

15- I always think about the performance of the whole team and I don't ask my team members anything which I don't practice.

16- As I have mentioned I always evaluate all the available solution to a given situation and I then only select the best suited way.

17- I always think to make products as per the needs and wants of the customers.
