In my opinion, vehicles should not be allowed to operate autonomously in the airspace and there should be system operators who should maintain continual command authority over the vehicles. The traffic in the airspace is increasing with the passing years. Large numbers of countries are conducting various experiments in the airspace. As a result they are sending more number of vehicles in the airspace. Under such situation, it has became highly necessary that these vehicles should be controlled by the system operator rather than allowing them to operate autonomously.

In order to achieve this, an unmanned aerial system has been launched that has four components viz. the Unmanned Aircraft, Control Center, Control Link, and Payload. Additionally, UAS has four elements that affect the safe use of this technology: The Environment, The Operation, The Crew, and The Supporting Organization.

UAS effectively control and monitor the hovering of vehicles in the airspace. It is necessary that the vehicles should be controlled in the airspace as most of the time, the communication between the center and the aircraft gets lost away.
