Political hacking has always been a threat to all kinds of organizations. There are also ways by which governments sponsor different attacks against other parties and governments. It can cause real disruptions. However, governments have now started ramping up various cyber security operations.

Prevention measures:

The government has been very clever when it comes to identifying these risks and hacking tactics. There are also central agencies assigned the task of defending against such attacks. These agencies such as CISA in the US offer updated data on security activities. This has helped in getting information on time about exploits and security issues. These in depth analysis scenarios help in understanding the threat and prevent it from happening.

However, it is also essential not to just rely on the support of such a kind. The insider threats can't be avoided by such support. This is because such attacks don't come with delay in the planning and execution. There is no way to alert them. Therefore, inside threat modeling is also required to be in place. Which is possible with government officials who handle inside activities.

We spent a lot of time in class discussing Return on Assets (ROA) and in particular the DuPont method.   This is of course a key measure used externally to compare companies and their relative performance and internally to measure management on their effective use of assets. However it is not a perfect measure.   Different companies have different strategies.   Let’s use the Jewelry business as a first example.   First consider Tiffany. They are very exclusive and expensive and I would guess...

We spent a lot of time comparing B cell and T cell surface molecules and activation – how they’re similar and different. For each of the following, compare similarities and differences. Make sketches where indicated. Feel free to use additional sketches if they help you learn the material. A. Compare the TH-Macrophage interaction (which activates TH cells) with the TH-B cell interaction (which activates B cells). Make a sketch of each interaction that shows the important cell surface proteins involved....
