These are the steps of decision analysis by following the business analyst to identify the situatiuon :
1 Frame the decision : Identify the decoision to be made.
2. Identify the alternates :List the possible solutions or outcomes.
3.Evaluate the decision :Choose meythod to perform evaluation.
4. Choose an alternative:Select solutions that best satisfies needs.
5.Conduct sensitivity analysis :Check results for repeatability.
6.Implement the selected alternative.
