d-option is correct
Transport of mRNA across the nucleus _
Only fully processed mRNA exported from nucleus to cytoplasm via the nuclear pore complex (npc) .Transport of fully proccesed mRNA require nuclear export factors and nuclear exporters along with RNA export factors they Combinally form a complex to transport mRNA out of nucleus. These factors require exon-exon junction. Helecase also participate in transport because RNA can not be transported in his tertiary structure hence RNA molecule are necessary be converted in to primary structure.
Mutation in splicing site also hempers transport an experiment shows that mutation in either 5'or 3' splicing site blocks RNA splicing as well as transport but mutation in both 5' and 3' splicing site prevent splicing but not transport of mRNA out of nucleus .This transport is less efficient the spliced mrna.
