Injunction Law: This law has been provided under specific relief Act which is of permanent and tempoary in nature

Story: According to Indian Law

Our neighbour Mr.Srinivas wants to reconstruct their existing house and collapsed the present one. Immediately the Mr. Ramana who is residing beside of their house filed a suit against them saying that Srinivas already occupied Ramana's area, so not allowed to continue the reconstruction process. Also srinivas need to pay the amount as compensation.

Mr. Ramana got an injunction order saying that "Stoppage of Construction". Only for receiving injunction order from court by Mr.srinivas, stopped his construction process. Actually that place relates to srinivas only. Due to other conflicts Mr.Ramana dont want to continue the process by srinivas. Based on court allegations he wants to create a trouble to srinivas

Later based on document verification and papers received from authorities court declared that Mr.srinivas is eligible to continue his construction process.

Based on the above we can conclude that contentions which is plaintiff raising requird consideration in merit and not liable for obligations according to civil procedure code.
