Expert Solution

Qualitative factors are not that much easier to measure as compared to quantitative factors.

The following are some of the qualitative factors that are important for management decision making:

Morale of employees, Investors satisfaction, customers satisfaction, community or society satisfaction.

Customers satisfaction: Success of the organisation depends on the satisfaction of requirements and needs of its customers.

Morale of Employees: Next the high employee morale is required for success of the business.

Investors satisfaction: The company should also satisfy the needs of the investors and

Community Satisfaction: Finally the company should also be responsible to fulfill the needs of the society as a whole.

The organisation should also consider the qualitative factors also in its assessment in the present world. Mere achievement of quantitative factors is not sufficient to assess the position of the organisation.
