Disney has continuously introduced new games, fairy tales, etc to become s global image.

2. Many companies have aligned with the recent trends of the consumers and therefore have made tailor made their goods and services in order to maintain continuity with the global economy.

3. Employees learn the recent trends if the global economy and are being able to adapt more with the recent trends.

5. When employees continuously shift their strategies, then employees face the problem of continuously adapting with the growing demands of the firm.
