How does human memory operate? How is it different from a video recording? If people are sure they remember the situation well, does it mean their memories are more accurate than memories of those who are not as sure?

HUMAN MEMORY OPERATE: Memory is capablity and faculty in human mind.memory encompass abilities to recall, retrive, retain, stored the information.memory can easily recalled the past experience of human beings.so human memory are operate in following way.the first stage is encoding.when people are driving car then his memory is very attentivly operate due to avoid accident but when people doesn't feel any importance to recall information or having bad experience then he can easily forgett.Because human mind does not give proper attention towards fact due to less important.consilidation is another process where human mind just recall and memories information for short periods of time like stored phone number of friends in memory . Retrival proess, human being every time remembering and stored new things whwhich helps to boost memory power of human and operate human memory very effectively.
