1. Teacher should be very cooperative and impartial .He should create such kind of environment in classroom where all children can activey participate in various activities regardless any discrimination on the basis of gender.

2.Teacher should provide equal opertunity and academic freedom for Express the child of their own talent and develop inner capabilities which will show equal protection on the basis of gender.

3.Students require that teacher properly considered their individual need and interest in academic funtion.he should not only focus on boys student interest rather than girls students interest should be considered equally to provide equal protection.

4.The girl children are very interested and should unique taleng majorly in arts field where boys are more deligent in secience or engineer stream .so teacher should helps each child academically on the basis of their capabilities.it should be considered as equal protection based on gender.

School is miniature of society.so we can never be developed our society if we are not concious to provide equal protection for everyone and make discrimination In school on academic basis.
