FULL DISCLOSURE is the U.S.Securitites and Exchange Commisions's(SEC)requirement that publicity traded companies release and provide for the free exchange of all material facts that are relevant to their ongoing bussinessoperations.CONCEPT ;In the financial world,disclosure refers to the timely release of all information about acompany that may influeance an investor'sdecision.It reveals both positive and negative news,data,and operational details that impact its bussiness.
CONSEQUENCES :Full disclosure affects the financial reporting procedure of privately held bussiness in 2 main ways.Both refers to basic tenets of generally accepted accounting principles orGAAP ,a set of standards that establish consistency in financial reporting by regulating accounting definitions,assumptions and methods.The first requires the bussiness use.Unlike cash basis accounting,revenues are recognised as soon as a sale is made,regardless of when the bussiness receives payment.The second reuires the bussiness to include footnotes with financial statements to describe,for example,accounting procedures the bussiness uses and provide detailed explanation for unusual financial transaction.
EXCEPT in emergency situations in which a patient is incapable of making an informed decision,withholding information without the patient's knowledge or consent is ethically unacceptable.Health proffesionals are expected to always tellthe truth to their patients simply because it is the right thing to do. LAWS AND ETHICS;*autonomy-refers the right to make ones own decision.*non maleficence-is the duty' to do no harm.' *beneficence-means doing good.*justice-is frequently refered to as fairness.*fidetity-means to be faithfull to agreements and promises.*veracity-refers to telling the truth.
CONSEQUENCES MIGHT THE PHYSICIAN FACE;Whether the patient is in the emergency conditions,disclose information fully.especially he or she is a heart patients.Anxiety leads to severe cardiac problems such as heart attack.so we disclose the information fully from the patient.we provide detailed knowledge about the disesae and the condition to the relatives and family members.
DISCLOSURE HARMS A PATIENT;Some times its harms the patient wheather disclose all the informations from the patients.Except emergency situations,we provide detailed knowledge about the diagnosis and the teatment.Health education is an important role in patient and health worker.Health education increase the knowledge level of patient regarding the diseases.In emergency situations,we provide detailed health education to the family and the relatives.And also provide health education to the patient after he or she came to the normal /before discharge.
