Since the tax rules changes almost every year it is important to keep the clients informed about the recent changes to ensure that they are up-to-dated with the current income tax rules. This helps tax consultants while providing tax consultancy to the clients. Following options can be used to notify the clients about changes in tax rules:

  1. Mailing the clients about the changes in tax rules.
  2. Sending regular massages to the clients about the changes in tax rules.
  3. Periodical meeting with the clients to notify them about recent changes in tax rules.
  4. Discussion with clients to ensure that the clients understand the changes in tax rules and how these may affect them.

Part II:

In case following circumstances arise communications should be made with the clients to notify them:

  1. Any changes in individual income tax rates.
