Expert Solution

i) for a pandemic like covid-19, prevention and protection is better than cure. It is really important to stay safe, to stay in home and to save others from this seriously contagious disease. If the company gives choice to work from home or work from office, I would chose to work from office and try to deal with customers as effectively as I can.

I will try to consider every customer assigned to me and ensure that he or she has no issues with any of the services or products. The complaints and queries are solved as they arrive. All the office work will be undertaken with devices connected through the internet with office systems. And will also keep updating the information to the manager.

The work can be made easy with meetings and conferences via internet tools and applications to understand the work and requirements of the management. Accordingly the work can be planned and undertaken by the employees, with integration.

If required, customers can be dealt by meeting them personally by reaching office for a short period, and maintaining all the protective measures to stay away from the spread of the disease. If the customers are not able to reach office or any other place, they will be dealt over the call or video call to help them meet their needs. And if they require any service, they will be provided using digital system, if it's not a product.

(Please like the answer it will encourage me.)
