organizational core competencies are the organization's strengths relative to competitors to create value for stakeholders, an organization must have strengths relative to competitors. Discuss examples of core competencies in the organization.
Companies always looks for innovative ideas to increase the size of the market and to gain trust of stakeholders. The development of market strategies can be increased by developing the capability to utilize the human resources and capital in many effective ways. It is upto the organisation and it's motive and vision, and also one strong motivated leader who can motivate the organization to develop a healthy environment in the organisation. The top management has to have an active role, to inspire the organization's work force to achieve it's goal and to reach target. It is the management's responsibility to inspire the organization with a view of distinct goals and help them to achieve and reach the set target. The development of core competncies in the organisation becomes one of the most important element to make the competitive cut and helps to get over the market and size of profit.
Core Competencies can be defined as plethora of varied capabilities that provide an opportunity to the organization to sustain in the long run. Core competencies emerge over time, and show the organsation’s ability to utilize different resources and capabilities in a variety of contexts to gain and sustain the competitive advantage.
Focus building : The goals of the organization should communicate clearly and devloped the capability to achieve it. The organisation goal should align with organisation strategy and vision
Providing Motivational Support: there should be the motivation support to employees which make them commitment to their work. Rewards, bonus, incentives, acknowledging them for thier contribution should be followed.
Developing Others: The ability to delegate responsibility and to work with others and coach them to develop their capabilities. organisation provide the healthy environment and open to feedbacks.
Interpersonal Awareness: The top management should not be limited to the business relationship. They should have the ability to notice, interpret, and anticipate others’ concerns and feelings, and to communicate this awareness empathetically to others.
Building Collaborative Relationships: Organisation should have fexible environment which develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support.
