Companies always looks for innovative ideas to increase the size of the market and to gain trust of stakeholders. The development of market strategies can be increased by developing the capability to utilize the human resources and capital in many effective ways. It is upto the organisation and it's motive and vision, and also one strong motivated leader who can motivate the organization to develop a healthy environment in the organisation. The top management has to have an active role, to inspire the organization's work force to achieve it's goal and to reach target.
