Sales revenue has to be improved, as it could improve organization’s financial position, so, we should take it sincerely.

We want to improve productivity of the process plant by 25%

Productivity should be increased to take advantage of economic of scale.

We want to reduce inspection of product components once released from process area

Inspection should be reduced, instead, we could work on standard operating procedures that could make the product first time right, however, not all inspection can be eliminated, some critical products are to be inspected, hence, score 4 is given.
