Description
Mr. Bryan is a 29-year-old married man who came to the medical office because, over the last three years, he has progressively increased the size of his shoes, and he has resized his wedding ring three times. He says his feet and hands have grown. He has also noticed that his face has turned coarse. He was a very active man and practiced sports, but now he fatigues just by walking, and feels weakness in his muscles and stiffness in his joints. He is depressed because in the last few months he has been experiencing erectile dysfunction, which is affecting his relationship with his wife. He feels he is losing his vision as well.
Mr. Bryan does not drink alcohol, smoke, or use any recreational drug. His mother suffers from diabetes mellitus type II, and his father suffers from hypertension.

Mr. Bryan, has numerous skin tags. Are these skin lesions benign or malignant? What are some other skin tumors that we have to rule out in this case?
Is the patient prone to skin infections? What are the most common skin infections you know?
It is a harmless, benign tumor, not malignant, it will not
increase the risk of cancer.it occurs when the collagen and blood
vessels trapped under the skin. it occurs when there is excess
weight, risk of diabetes when there is too much insulin circulating
in the blood, hormone elevation, etc.
Skin tumors include keratinocyte tumor that is cancer solitary,
enlarging skin lesions. cause for this skin tumor includes fair
skin, sunburn, family history, weaken immune system, etc.
Squamous cell carcinoma develops in people with light skin. These
scaly patches of dry skin become skin cancer.
Melanoma is a skin cancer that develops within a mole. patient
hypertension, graves disease, thyroid disorder, muscle and joint
weakness, an autoimmune disease.
in this patient imbalance of hormone secretion leads to skin tags.
imbalance in insulin, steroids, growth hormones and adrenaline
cause these skin tags for this patient.
These skin tags can be a sign of a hormonal imbalance. if the skin
tags grow, bleed, itches, or change color it can turn in to
infection common skin infection like cellulitis, impetigo,
folliculitis and cabuncles, erysipelas etc.
