Unions represent under 7% of the private sector work force, perhaps 1/3d of public sector employees, down from a peak of union representation in the 1950’s.   Some argue that unions are necessary, and the decline of unionization is a root cause of the economic decline in the US middle class for several decades.   Have unions outlived their usefulness in the US economy, should be shut down as a right of employees to bargain with their employers?   Or do unions have an important role in the economy, ensuring that the economic pie is shared among everyone who helps “bake” that pie?   What public policies would you advocate, based on your view of the future role of unions in the US?

Main issue is cost of physical labour & its determinant.

During 1950 the Information technology was at its first generation phase. And most of mechanical works was getting done with the help of labours. Human labour further get devided in two sub head. One is mental labour viz burocrat & another is physical labour. Person who dose physical labour do need their wages at ends of weak or day. Whereas burocrat were able to carry forward until month and earn salary.

Thus pysical labour was available & demand of market was fluctuating due to competition of new technique . Thus this physical labour gets exploited by industrialist & industrialist earns bumper profit. And start offering more wages for same labour. This hike in wages shifts the labour force from one industry to another & this artificial drift result in poor perforce of industry & industrial sector become sick.

And cost of physical labour get down & survival of labour become difficult & conflict begin in between factory owner & labour. To maintain this balance, and survival of labour must get protected. To protect survival of labour different salary & wages act get introduce by government. Which become compulsory to obey for factory owner & labour union.

Thus to grow financial engine of state it become essential all is determinant must exist and protected. And demand & supply are basic factor which decide cost of particular determinant. Government can give direction to factory owner & labor union. And as this system runs according to naturally available resources & also controlled by natural forces, artificial control becomes the limiting factor. But with help of information technology & forecasting tools available after 2000 it become possible to estimate proper demand and develop certain policy which protect to social standard of labour & treat them worker as human beings.

All environmental may be external or internal along with the innovative technology helps to bake or harmonies the operation. By conducting different experiment under ergonomics. Ergonomics is science which explain explin energy consumptions by human while performing particular task, and wages get determined according to calery or ergs consumption for particular task.

Thus energy consumption factor in case of physical labour & In case of mental labour different competitive mode of examinations are help to cream out superficial brain to deploy in system.
