the functional, structural, and resources requirements for an SME company in the food industry to develop a business App for its customers -

introduction-

as the technology is emerging very rapidly & it has been used by almost every business or companies irrespective of thier scope & sizes.so, one of the good example of technology is to develope an buisness app which can be used by company as well as customers to get information about the company & its product, order & payment of the order etc.

business app are developed by large scale companies but after increasing demand of such business app, small medium enterprises are now starting to develope thier own business app for its customers.

but SME company in the food industry needs to compelet following requirement to develpe a business app for its customers-

• functional requirements
• structural requirements
• resources requirements

1- FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS-

functional requirements are those requirements which would describe the functions of the business app for its customers.this includes the questions like what would be the functions in the business app, how customers can operate or interact withe business app, what business app can provide to our customers.

for example- for a samll medium scale company of food would include functions like how to navigate the company on map, list of foods it provide should be on the business app, how can customers order the food by mobile or laptop using this app, how can they pay for the food before or after the food deliverry etc.

so, functional requirements for a food company can be searching information of the company, list of food item with category like savory & dessert & beverages etc, list of prices, methods to order & payment or cancel the order etc.

2- STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS-

structural requirements means the structure or interaction of the business app. the customers likes such application which they can understand easily & which should be smooth to interact.the high end tech can make customers to leave the app as not everyone can interact with business app easiliy.the company of food should make the business app pleasant looking & simple to search, navigate,order, payment etc.

too much options & complex structure of the business app can make business app slow to run as well difficult of operate by the customers.the business app should less in size so that memory by the business app can be low & it requred low processing power to oeprate.

3- RESOURCES REQUIREMENTS-

all above requirenments are like conceptual requirements but this requirements is neccessary to make those concepts in real.making a business app is not easy taks it requires resources like manpower,funds,knowledge etc.

• manpower includes the software developer op engineers to design the business app & business experts which would guide the developer what to add & how the app should work.
• funds includes money, capital to fund the business app developement because no one works for free.resources can be gathered either by company's account or others sources like banks etc.
