Should laws exist to regulate social behaviors (e.g., smoking in public places, wearing helmets, reporting illnesses to employers)? Why or why not? Explain your answer
Answer:
Yes,laws should exist to regulate social behaviours.Every individual may exhibit different type of behaviours but when they come to society they should follow certain common rules and regulations.Individual behaviours may affect the other individuals in the society.Their actions may cause damage or hurt the other individuals so certain rules must be followed in the society so that they follow the rules and act accordingly.Individuals follow the rules only when laws exist and they are strictly followed.Laws should exist so that every individual can coordinate with the social behaviours. For eg ,smoking in public places may cause disturbance to others who donot smoke and this may irritate them.Wearing helmets is for the safety of every individuals.Individuals donot understand their responsibility in the society unless laws are framed. They donot follow the rules unless laws are strictly implemented.laws are implemented to coordinate the social behaviours and it is good for society and for every individuals in the society.Common behaviours must be exhibited in the public places rather individuals should not behave as per their wish.
