Doordash is a technological organisation that is established to connect the people with what is best in their cities. The recommendations I would like to give the company for the strategic and directive growth are:
1. Feedback Analysis: The first recommendation I would like to talk about is the Feedback analysis. Doordash is a people oriented application where the events and the best cafes and restaurants are shown to the customers as per their preferences. Thus, to grow I would like to recommend that feedback is very important. Always take feedback analysis from every member, being it internal or the external environment to ensure you are able to understand the changing demand of the people.
2. Marketing: Also, market the services as per the the customer base. Reach the customers wherever they are. This is the new business thus target and reach the customers through the social media and other digital platforms to make sure the right strategies are used to understand the customer dynamics, demand and preferences.
