Heart diseases are the fastly spreading non communicable disease in Americans. Due to the sedentary lifestyle practice and unhealthy diet heart diseases are occuring. Congenital factors are also a reason for heart diseases.
Heart diseases such as coronary artery diseases, myocardial infarction, arrythmiasis, congenital heart diseases are the common heart diseases present in Americans. Mostly elderly and people who aged above 35 are more prone to heart diseases.
Lack of exercises, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, unhealthy food, congenital causes are the most common causes of heart diseases. Other than congenital causes are modifiable factors. THrough a proper lifestyle we can control those factors and reduce the risk of heart diseases.
There are many symptoms are shown by each heart diseases. Chest pain, chest tightness, excessive sweating, shortness of breath, pain in the neck, arm jaw etc are the common symptoms of all heart diseases.
In case of arrythmia we can see unstable or irregular pulse rate and variations in ECG.
