Statistically significant at a p-value of 0.05 means that there is significant difference between means exists.

In general, we have

Null hypothesis H₀: There is no significant difference between the means

against Alternative hypothesis H₁: alteast some means are different.

and we reject the Null hypothesis H₀ if the p-value is less than 0.05 and do not reject null hypothesis H₀ if the p-value is less than 0.05. where is used as a cutoff point to reject or not reject H₀.

So, statistically significant at a p-value of 0.05 means we reject the null hypothesis that is there is no noticeable difference between means and accepting the fact that there are some means which are significantly different.
