Documentation pf an experiment done in a lab by writing a lab report is very important. A lab report should contain all the specific details of the experiment procedure and the accurate readings and measurement and the results.
An anatomy lab report should be written down as follows :

1. Title : The title should consist of the subject of the report. It should also clarify the purpose of the report. For eg : Identifying the muscle attachments of clavicle.
2. Introduction: it consists of the brief description about the experiment. For eg : when identifying the muscles of clavicle describe briefly about the theory anatomy of clavicle and muscles attached to it.
3. Procedure : the procedure includes the equipments used and explaination of the steps involved in the experiment. For eg : when identifying the muscles on clavicle, equipments used will be clavicle and pointers. Describe how you identified the side of clavicle and then started identifying each muscle.
4. Result : Write down all the readings, measurement and findings you got through the experiment. For eg : write down all the muscles you could identify on the clavicle.
5. Conclusion : write down the conclusions you could draw from the experiment and the theory you read. For eg : features of the muscles identified on clavicle

Perform a Two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and report the results using correct APA style; report whether significance was found for Factor A, Factor B, and/or an interaction between Factors A and B was found. If the test statistic is significant, run a post hoc test to determine between what groups significance was found. Report an effect size for all significant results. This is all the information they gave me.

Biochemistry: I am doing a lab report on protein quaternary structures using a SDS-PAGE. We used denaturants such as BME and urea to see which proteins were held by disulfide bonds. The proteins that we used were Carbonic anyhydrase (CA), glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GPD), hemoglobin (Hb), and superoxide dismutase (SOD). We had a set that was treated with BME and Urea. The other set was plain. Well, results were just awful. No I do not have the gel results on...
