In your journal for this week, write two or three well-developed paragraphs regarding the differences between judgment and condemnation.
Identify a time in your life when you were unfairly judged and even unjustly condemned. How did you react? How did you grow from the experience? What would you do differently now?
I have served as a business analyst with a leading bank credit card business back office. We were a small but deficaded team of 5 colleagues reporting to our manager who was looking after a team of 17.Managers are known to delegate responsibilities and I was chosen to look after the work alloxalloc, target cimpkcompl and other crucial tasks. It all looked easy to begin with. But as I commanding and managing the team, there was a sense of uneaduunea that was laughingly obvious.A colleague who had oversaw this role in past became judgemental about the efficiency with which the team was putting up.
Thus the judgement was based on error of perception without any regard to objective assessment of the results of our collective effort..Thus the judgement and the resulting condemnation was unfair. The team was as productive as it was ever. But the bias towards a style of working often blind your critics to appreciate that you can propose, executive anf deliver through an alternative.
