Supplements are one of the manufactured product which is utilized to prevent the disease when it is taken through the mouth in the form of capsule or liquid. People use different forms of nutrient compounds including minerals vitamins and fatty acids which is not essential for life but they are used to benefit their biological effect. The benefit of the supplement is that they provide extra nutrient for the diet which leads to have a greater health condition and trigger the deficiency like diabetes, cancer, or any chronic disease. One should take multivitamins or supplements on an everyday basis because the benefit of vitamin supplements is used to repair the DNA as well as healthy for the risk of the heart.
The food that we take daily is utilized to keep us healthy and alive. Supplements that we are taking in the form of food, as well as supplements, are used to minimize the health risk. These are very much beneficial as the vitamins and minerals for better health.
According to the International Institute of Health's dietary reference, there are different types of reference values that they have recommended. According to them the average daily intake of nutrient value should be of the adequate amount. Yes, we are consuming the recommended amount of vitamins and minerals in the dietary intake because this is used to properly assist the health of the people. One can also take and consume the human milk and protein which is considered as the nutrient intake for the human body. Overconsumption of minerals and nutrients causes nausea and vomiting which may damage the functions of the liver as well as another organ.
