The Sales Journal is as follows:
b. Sales Order form is the confirmation form sent to the customers once they accept the quoted price, it is a documented evidence for further investigation. Sales Journal is used to track the credit sales made to the customers.
c. Necessary internal controls to be in place in sales processes are, the sales register and physical control over the inventory should be with different personnel. If the two are authorised to any single personnel, there are a lot of chances of possible fraud to take place.
