Positive psychology is about having a solid foundation to better understand people's psychology. There are many advantages that positive thinking can offer to society. These include increased well-being, improved health, self-esteem and stronger relationships. Positive psychology offers practical guidance and solutions to different problems. It's an approach to analyzing a individual on a deeper level. The area of positive psychology has been effective by developing an atmosphere where good people are well prepared to support others. Positive psychology is also well-known for not concentrating exclusively on personality, but generally understanding human behavior. We also have some topics in positive psychology that could be very useful in cross-cultural psychology, e.g. that of the social advantages of performance, by exploring aspects of human existence that are fundamentally person-specific.
