It's an approach to analyzing a individual on a deeper level. The area of positive psychology has been effective by developing an atmosphere where good people are well prepared to support others. Positive psychology is also well-known for not concentrating exclusively on personality, but generally understanding human behavior. We also have some topics in positive psychology that could be very useful in cross-cultural psychology, e.g. that of the social advantages of performance, by exploring aspects of human existence that are fundamentally person-specific. Positive psychology also has several subjects that can relate to cross-cultural psychology studies, e.g. subjects such as empathy, a characteristic that can be studied in social groups.
