The Various consumer decision making processes are:

a)Need recognition:In this stage the consumer recognises the need for the new product.Here the consumer may feel some new commodity as his requirement or to replace the old one

b) Information search:Then he will search for information about his requirements like the better brand or better value for money and so on not only on media or so but also through people recommendations.So here the target corporation consumer need to be given enough motivation to buy our commodity.

c) Evaluations of alternatives:Here he search for alternatives that can satissatisfy his needs in the better way.Hence,all merits of our products must be explained clearly to attract the consumer.

d)Purchase: After lot of enquiry the consumer finally purchase our Product if he thinks that our product will satisfy all his needs.

e)After purchase services:After purchase services are most important function to earn the consumer loyalty which would be helpful not only at the time of that particular consumer replacing the product but also it may also act as mouth publicity to our product.
