As the training process is straneous and involve the working of each and every muscle in our body . This will lead to loss of water by sweat and by other means . This can lead to exhaustion quickly . So to prevent this he it advising it

Also when the fluid volume increases body will be able to meet increase Stoke volume thereby the increase in o2 supply

  • During training

Electrolyte drink and carbohydrates

When the training process starts body start to sweat and out body utulizea ATP for its energy needs . So a lot of electrolyte loss and imbalance can occur which can be avoided by this drink .

Also to avoid dilution of body fluid by taking the fluid alone.

Carbohydrates will provide as quick source of energy for exercise so it is supplymentes

protein drinks will help in the repair as well as in rebuilding of muscles . It is important to take protein drinks to build exercise for athletes
