Expert Solution

ANSWER;

GIVEN THAT:

JUAN AND SELMA ARE MEMBERS OF THE WAIT STAFF AT AN UPSCALE:

1. SELMA HAVE A CAUSE OF ACTION AGAINST THE RESTAURANT:

1. Yes she can give a cause of action against the restaurant if the restaurant manager bring policy of  prohibiting employees from speaking any language other than english.

2. Reason is that if she was told about this policy at time of her appointment in that restaurant then she has no right to give cause of action against restaurant but this is after appointment after saying all rules and regulations of restaurant so she can raise that reason for cause.

2. THE RESTAURANT REQUIRED CUSTOMERS TO SPEAK ONLY ENGLISH:

1. No ,customers are the king in business,without customers there is no point in business.

2. we need to handle them very carefully and in a good manner with service and also after sale service too.

3. If they customers should speak only in english their business or sale only will get affected because customers can be from diffrerent countries and they may not knowing many languages may be english also so they find it difficult to convey many things and poor conveying can make them not to go that particular place.
