I need a copy of organized data in a spreadsheet with rows and columns labeled, can anyone help me with this please? I am doing a made up experiment where I see if eating vegetarian diets makes someone healthier. I am ‘supposed’ to find a group of people at school willing to participate and change their diet, pull their names from a jar, and randomly assign who will try the vegetarian diet and who’s diet will remain the same that way, with both groups having 10 people. I will be using blocking. Since it is made up I would have to come up with made-up data, and that is where I am struggling. Thanks very much in advance!

See , I can suggest you some ideas how can a diet plans change affect someones health, you are collecting less number of variables as you need to come up with some more variables to measure if a person is healthy or not with respect to his diet plans, you can make a diet plan for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian and before the experiment you can measure some standard measurements, Weight, Body mass index, Blood pressure, Heart rate , Waist measurements etc . After collecting the relevant data for people willing to participate in your program, tell them the which diet chart to follow vegetarian or non-vegetarian, after some regular intervals go and collect the mentioned variables again, do that for atleast a month with regular measurements of weight, blood pressure,Heart rate etc. You can choose as many variables to want, but i would only suggest you to stick to the above mentioned in bold. After that analyze and summarize your data and see which diet affected ones measurements and which not, this way you can capture a trend and conclude by validating your findings, and term that this diet plan can make a person health more better.

I am attaching a sample data where you might understand my context

I NEED 2 PARAGRAPHS REPLY TO THIS TYPING SO I CAN COPY IT   How are budgets used for performance evaluation? Financial budgets are normally prepared by the finance or accounting department of a company. In small businesses, the owner is required to prepare this budget. A performance budget allows businesses to plan for future expenditures. A budget, therefore, determines the amount of capital required to generate a certain level of sales. Businesses also adjust future expenses based on the past...

They calculate revenues and expenses for the specific period being budgeted.
