What is the answer to this?
(1) A President of a California State University campus banned any criticism to human rights in Palestine ,,, Professors and students have been banned from exposing Zionist crimes in Palestine. Professors and students went to court to complain about illegality of such a decision. Their lawyer is soliciting your advise to show that President of University has failed as a leader –administratively.
and then this question...
(2) MoH (Ministry of Health) hired you as a consultant for Health Management in Ministry. Based on your managerial experience, what would be your recommendations to health system in State of Kuwait?
1. The President was violating the First Amendment rights of the professors and the students on campus. The First Amendment projects the rights of individuals about freedom of speech and freedom of press. The President is stopping the professors and the students from protesting against Zionist crimes in Palestine. This is clearly illegal and invalid. The professors and the students have full legal rights to sue the President for the breach of their First Amendment rights.
2. As a consultant to MoH, I would recommend the following to the health system in the State of Kuwait:
· The health system in Kuwait still needs to integrate high end technology in the health system. The use of Artificial Intelligence as well as Big data can prove to be quite revolution for the industry
· The health system need to adopt Electronic Health Records (EHRs). This will help in maintaining the medical record of all citizens in a central repository. The TAT of diagnosis and treatment will get reduced substantially
· The health system also needs to provide the option of telemedicine so that the patients can be treated with hospital like services at the comfort of their homes. This will enhance the recovery rate of patients and increase accuracy and effectiveness of overall health system
