My project comes from a customer service working environment for a weight loss company. The nature of the project is implementing a cloud based working environment to handle all work flow projects, database storage, and internal communications. The variation nature for the project in qquestion are the following:  Automating inefficient data and/or procedure, Assigning generalized roles and requirements to the implementation team, Lack of communication between team members and vendor, and Lack of involvement from Executives and Stakeholders. Applying statistical thinking I would create an Implementation Success Team and clearly define each team members roles in the early stages. The team would consist of a team lead, IT manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst. Implementing a new information system not only changes the technology within a company, but the work culture as well. Not taking that into consideration will have an undesirable effect on the project. To mitigate those variations I would also make sure to connect the need for change management to business needs
