The term “standard” refers to a document that defines required outcomes of learning, associated assessment criteria and range statements, and any additional information that may be required in order to make an assessment judgement concerning learner competence.
You have been appointed to the SGB (standards generating body) responsible for developing qualifications and standards in your professional area. You have been designated task team leader to develop standards for your area of expertise.
You need to:
1.Develop a plan for the standards writing process.
The plan should provide details of target dates, areas of responsibility, mechanisms for consultation, and resources required.
Standard operating procedures for training and development are required to clearly demonstrate a process t new employees
I am providing here the standard maintenance procedure for a plants maintenance operation
A standard procedure should contain the step no, activity details, any hazards associated with it, responsible person, process and tools required and any other special items required.
